Character Info: To request a quote, check on a specific character or check a character's availability - please visit ourcontact page. We will reply with the requested information ASAP.

Office Hours: In addition to email, we can also be reached at our office line (404-319-0180) Monday through Saturday. We are closed Sunday. If you have a booking scheduled with us you will have your entertainer's and the manager's direct contact number.

Booking Priority: We highly recommend you book your performer before you send out your invitations.

Booking Info: After receiving your quote, character info and availability, if you choose to book, please hit reply to the email to let us know and we will send you a contract to fill out via email. In an effort to be as 'green' as possible, we no longer use the fax system. Your contract will contain your performer's name and number for you to speak to them before your event and the manager's number should you have an emergency.

Payment: We accept checks or money orders or debit, echeck or credit card payments via Paypal (secure) for the deposit. Your balance is paid directly to your entertainer after your event. Specific instructions are listed in your booking contract. Your deposit is non-refundable, but can be used towards a future event.

About Us: We've been in business since 2002 and we have an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. We only use outgoing, professional actors, models, singers and dancers and we are known for having the most beautiful female performers in town. Individual references on performers are available upon request. Photos are available of all of our performers.

Entertainment: The entertainers are being booked for their time, not a specific number of activities. They do try to offer the most activities possible depending on the time allotted and number of guests that show up (if it's an interactive event).

Day of Event: Please listen for your phone as it gets close to your performers start time. They may need to reach you to clarify directions.

Children's Events

Table & Chairs: Children's entertainers will need a small table to place supplies on and 2 chairs (adult size and same height to work with the kids), preferably against a wall or in a corner, for the one on one activities. A third chair can work as a table or a picnic table if it's an event at a park. It's difficult for the entertainers to work from a couch as they sink down.

Coloring Page: Download ourcoloring page for the kids to color while they wait for face-painting, to color prior to the entertainer arriving or after they leave, or to take home as a gift. If you would like a coloring page of just your character for them to autograph, please let us know.

Music: Female performers need a CD player (batteries for outdoor events with no outlet).

Name Tags: We highly recommend them. Not only does it make the children feel extra special when the entertainer calls them by name, but it also helps you and the entertainer be even more interactive and organized.

Games: We don't recommend them for events with children 3 and under. If you have some younger children, but the majority of your guests are 4 and up, that's OK.

Heat Warning: Our mascots and some of our princesses and superheroes are unavailable for outdoor events when the temp is over 85 degrees due to heat exhaustion and fainting because of heaviness of the costumes. Please double check if you are having an outdoor only event in the summer months before booking. We will recommend an alternative character in a lighter costume.

Tipping: Tipping is not expected, but is greatly appreciated by your performer.

Balloon-tying: We don't recommend balloons outside as they pop and upset the kids and the performer has to cut out an additional activity to spend time tying new balloons. They can, however, be placed in a garbage bag for the kids to take home when they leave.
